Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEAs a Test & Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products meet the highest quality standards through comprehensive qualification testing. This temporary assignment will involve working closely with suppliers, test houses, and customers to coordinate and execute qualification plans for advanced electronic components. In this role you will play a key role in: Developing and preparing comprehensive qualification plans that align with industry standards and customer requirementsCoordinating test execution activities with suppliers and test houses, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsServing as the primary interface between suppliers, test houses, and customers, facilitating clear communication and efficient problem resolutionCreating detailed reports and professional presentations to communicate test results and qualification status to customersAuthoring comprehensive qualification reports that document test methodologies, results, and compliance with required standardsYOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience in test and qualification engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industriesStrong knowledge of qualification strategies and mission profile development for electronic componentsDemonstrated expertise with major qualification standards including ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883Solid understanding of ASIC testing concepts and methodologiesExperience with radiation testing, including total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE)Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability analysis techniquesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrong project management abilities with experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
