Job Description Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Payment Systems Analyst with 10–12 years of expertise in banking technology and payment systems integration. This role focuses on designing, analyzing, and implementing payment solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and security requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze banking/payment systems, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.Develop and maintain data models, interface protocols, and payment file formats (ISO20022, APIs, ACH).Perform SWIFT payment field/value mapping and validations.Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve system issues and ensure smooth integration.Identify and address complex system interactions, proposing effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.Support project deliverables, including documentation of interface specifications and system architecture diagrams.Stay updated on payment industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Experience:Primary (Must-Have):Proficient in banking/payment system design, data modeling, interface protocols, and payment file formats (ISO20022, APIs, ACH).Strong knowledge of SWIFT payment fields and validations.Deep understanding of banking technology, cash management products, and payment processing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.Secondary (Good-to-Have):Familiarity with project lifecycles and technical stream deliverables.Ability to create interface registers, specifications, and architecture diagrams.Understanding of payment industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.Knowledge of ACH, SWIFT MT/MX, Instant/FAST Payments, APIs, Virtual Account Payables/Receivables, and liquidity management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10–12 years of relevant experience in banking technology and payment systems.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
