Your roleWe’re currently looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Architect to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice. You will play a key role in: Led the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and app services; RTCDP, AJO, CJA solutions for enterprise customers.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer experience use cases into technical requirements and data modelling inputs.Develop and maintain scalable, reusable customer data models using XDM standards, ensuring alignment to enterprise data governance and downstream activation requirements.Design data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, API-based) and ingest data from diverse enterprise and external systems into AEP.Leverage data distiller to perform post-ingestion data preparation in AEP to achieve complex use casesWork closely with stakeholders to define identity strategies including identity graph configuration, identity namespaces, linking rules and profile stitching.Support segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and real-time decisioning required for executing use casesEnsure data quality, lineage, governance, and privacy compliance across data pipelines and profile stores.Lead performance optimization and troubleshooting for AEP platform components.Create architectural documentation, data flow diagrams, and reference architectures to communicate system design and dependencies.Stay current with Adobe product roadmap, industry practices, and emerging standards in customer data platforms (CDP) and digital experience data.    Your profile15+ years of hands-on experience on AEP and app services having lead multiple engagements.Proven expertise in data modelling, ETL having worked on similar solutions in the past.Good understanding of overall Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and should have worked on engagements with multiple Adobe products in use.Certifications in AEP and App Services.Solid understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies.Experience with data integration (APIs, ETL, batch, streaming) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and modern data environments.Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. What you’ll love about working hereYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
