Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Join Capgemini as a SAP HCM Consultant and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing digital transformations of their HR landscape by implementing SAP software solutions. YOUR ROLE:You will contribute in end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration towards deployment and trainingYou will work together as a team to improve business processes of customer organizations and advise them about the impact of the new technologies on their enterprise, providing them insights into their current and desired situation, proposing a fitting SAP solutionYou will be a trusted advisor of customers to develop a SAP HCM evolutive roadmap, following the newest evolutions in SAP HRCM and S/4HANAYou will guide our customers in the transformation of their SAP HCM landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactorsBring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.YOUR PROFILE:Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar roleHands-on experience in core HR processes and implementing multiple SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TIME)Project experience in S/4HANA HCM Rise private & public, S/4HANA HCM Grow, SAP ECP and SAP Rise ECCKnowledge of both SAP R3 and S/4HANA is requiredKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Workzone or ABAP is a plusExperienced in positive Time Management is a plusA collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude combined with an entrepreneurial mindsetFluent in Dutch/French, and professional working proficiency in English WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini, we believe in diversity, equal opportunities, and a workplace where everyone feels valued.
