Implement ZBB principles to justify every expense and eliminate waste effectively.  Develop supplier negotiation strategies and execute cost reduction plans aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure cost optimization roadmap delivery within agreed timelines.Your ProfileExperience in procurement and cost optimization, with strong business acumen linking cost initiatives to profitability.  Expertise in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), SG&A cost reduction frameworks, and supplier negotiation strategies. Skilled in spend analysis, benchmarking techniques, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across direct and indirect categories.
