Your RoleWe are seeking a bold, seasoned senior consultant to drive large-scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Southeast Asia. As a Senior Consultant within Enterprise Transformation, you will enable clients to leverage the power of data & analytics efficiently and successfully throughout their enterprise, in order to optimize their business processes, improve their operations and drive performance improvement. You’ll architect transformative journeys for our clients—grounded in deep business understanding and powered by purposeful technology. In this role, you’ll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation. You’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including:Architect and lead large-scale digital and data transformation programmes that align data, AI, and business reinvention.Guide clients in designing data-driven organisations, embedding AI capabilities into their core, and unlocking new sources of value.Connect strategy to execution—mobilising cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, agile outcomes.Develop go-to-market strategies, campaign content, and IP for offerings around data strategy, AI operating models, and GenAI-enabled transformation.Translate client ambitions into compelling value propositions underpinned by scalable data platforms and AI-powered operating models.Build and mentor high-performing, diverse consulting teams with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spiritYour ProfileProven track record in consulting, with experience in enterprise transformation, data strategy, or AI-enabled innovationTransformation expertise: Comfort navigating across strategy, design, and delivery—with the ability to simplify complexity and drive business outcomesInnovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, data platforms, automation) to solve business problems creativelyFamiliarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and AI platformsExposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)An outstanding Master’s Degree in business engineering, applied economics, computer science, information technology or similarYou are fascinated by the combination of Data’s technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analyticallyYou have a thorough understanding of Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Quality and Machine Learning or AI concepts, and you have ideally a good knowledge of relevant software in the field of data management and business intelligenceYou are an engaging storyteller with excellent written & oral communication skills
