YOUR TASKSDesign and develop scalable AI-native enterprise platforms using modern full stack technologies.Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js in a GCP environment.Collaborate on frontend development using React and micro-frontend architecture.Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems into enterprise workflows.Develop and optimize SaaS connectors and data pipelines for intelligent automation.Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategy, and infrastructure-as-code practices.Work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.Participate in cross-functional engineering initiatives and architectural decisions.  YOUR PROFILE6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend and full stack skills.Proficiency in Node.js and React ecosystem.Hands-on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS).Solid understanding of API design, middleware, and authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO).Familiarity with micro-frontends and module federation concepts.Experience integrating AI models and workflows into production systems.Strong grasp of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and disciplines.Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions in enterprise contexts.Strong communication skills in English (German or Polish are a plus).Bonus PointsExperience with additional languages like Java, .NET, Go, or Rust.Exposure to mobile or desktop application development.Understanding of UX principles and product-centric engineering.Track record of zero-to-one product builds or startup-like environments.Contributions to engineering culture, mentoring, or internal communities. WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
