The Group reported in 2022 global revenues of €22 billion.We're looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our vibrant teamExperience & Qualification•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).•    Minimum 7-10 years experience developing Java/Spring/Spring boot microservices.•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.•    Fluency in written and spoken English.•    Strong analytical and reporting skills.•    Broad/Deep knowledge of java Spring Spring MVC ,Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and Spring Security•    Experience building microservices in a k8s environment•    Capable of leading a team•    Works well within a globally dispersed team•    Self starter & self self-motivated•    Experience in a customer & management facing positions (explaining technology solutions) where required.•    Experience with building rich live-data applications•    Capable of design and rapid change Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
