This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and automation tools, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency across environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.Stay updated on emerging DevOps technologies and trends.Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps culture and processes.RequirementsTechnical Skills:Knowledge of UNIX platforms and database management systems (SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Big Data).Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell).Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Control-M, Kafka, Confluence, Jira, and MQ Series.Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.Functional Knowledge:Exposure to capital market applications and trading systems, ideally within Market Risk or Front Office operations.Understanding of financial products such as Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, Bonds, and RSF.Preferred Skills:Experience supporting banking applications and trading systems.Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages (Java, .NET).Knowledge of microservices and domain-driven design (Spring Boot).Professional Attributes:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.1–3 years of relevant experience in DevOps or related activities.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment.Collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning.Exposure to financial market systems and global technology projects.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
