As the SAP Portal SME, you will play a key role in managing and supporting SAP Enterprise Portal environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for digital workplace solutions.Key Responsibilities:Incident and Change Request Management for SAP Enterprise Portal.Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Enterprise Portal to meet business requirements.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with security standards.Coordinate with SAP Basis and other technical teams for portal upgrades and patches.Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.Strong experience in SAP Enterprise Portal administration and development.Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS is a plus.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
