Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the sales department in pre-sales activities.Managing complete test projects and being responsible for the test organization.Creating and executing the master test plan.Recruiting, coaching, and assessing new team members during their career at Sogeti.Advising customers on test policy and executing test process improvements.Being a point of contact for colleagues in the specific domain of test management.Developing and delivering training to colleagues and customers.Leading research and development within the domain of test management. YOUR PROFILEMust haves:Bachelor or Master degree.At least 7 years of experience in testing computer systems.Experience in leading a test team as Test Manager/Lead.Knowledge of the TMap® Next test cycle and techniques.Experience in improving test processes and deploying test tools.Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.Strong technical background, communication skills, and flexible attitude. Nice to haves:Looking for opportunities to learn and grow.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Sogeti Belgium, we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
