Where no two days are the same.Vos missionsDans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Responsable Construction Installation pour intervenir sur des projets nucléaires de nos clients basés dans le Sud-Est de la France.En tant que Responsable Construction Installation, vous serez responsable de la construction d'une installation (ou d'une partie de l'installation) faisant intervenir plusieurs corps de métiers sur un site nucléaire.Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans :La préparation et l'organisation de la mise en œuvre du projet de construction en garantissant l'application des instructions et procédures définies par le clientLe management et la coordination des superviseurs chantiers mono-métier ou multi-métiers tout en dirigeant efficacement les travaux de construction et les ressourcesLa gestion de la sous-traitance et le traitement des écarts techniques et contractuels avec les sous-traitants et clientsL'application et le respect des règles de sécurité et de sûreté nucléaire sur le chantierLe reporting au Chef de Projet et l'assurance des relations avec le client pour garantir sa satisfactionVotre profil De formation Ingénieur technique généraliste, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée (3 ans minimum) sur des fonctions de responsable construction, de chef de chantier ou de superviseur de travaux dans le secteur nucléaireVous maîtrisez les activités de montage, les règles et les processus qualité spécifiques au domaine nucléaireVous avez une solide connaissance de l'aspect contractuel des relations client/fournisseur et des règles fondamentales de sûreté et sécurité sur chantier nucléaireVous possédez d'excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe et en coordination de corps de métiers variés (installation générale, génie civil, électrotechnique)Votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme vous permettront de mener à bien votre mission dans un environnement exigeantCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
