Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business and user goals. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.ging strategies.Your ProfileConduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design. Create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
