Through our shared passion for technology, our entrepreneurial culture , and our focus on continuous learning, we’ll provide everything you need to do your best work and become the best you can be.Your responsibilities- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Remove impediments and ensure the team can focus on delivering value.- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.- Monitor team performance and help identify areas for improvement.- Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.- Ensure alignment between development teams and business objectives.Your profile- You speak Dutch (or French) AND English on a professional level.- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) preferred.Our BenefitsAt Sogeti Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
