Where no two days are the same.Job DescriptionLocation: Liège As an Automation/Instrumentation Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a key role in designing and integrating advanced instrumentation and automation systems for test benches. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. In this role you will play a key role in: Designing and integrating instrumentation and automation systems for test benchesDefining the overall and detailed architecture of test benches (instrumentation and automation)Writing technical specifications, requirement documents, and design documentationDeveloping and validating PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC)Maintaining equipment (sensors, PLCs, HMI interfaces)Your profileEngineering degree (Bac+5) in instrumentation, automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent field3-5 years of experience in automation and instrumentation engineeringProficiency in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible) and HMI designStrong knowledge of sensors, measurement lines, interfaces, and uncertainty calculationsExperience with communication protocols and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomouslyStrong communication skills with fluency in English and FrenchWhat You'll Love About Working HereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
