This role demands deep expertise in Java technologies, automation frameworks, and a passion for innovation through GenAI and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.Lead automation initiatives using RPA or script-based tools (e.g., Python).Explore and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) into automation and development workflows.Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD tooling and infrastructure automation.Conduct POCs and pilots on emerging technologies to evaluate feasibility and impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Present technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.Your Profile10–14 years of experience in IT with a strong foundation in Java/J2EE architecture.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.Proven exposure to automation tools and scripting languages.Familiarity with GenAI applications in enterprise environments.Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical, logical, and lateral thinking abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What You’ll Love About Working HereYou can shape your career with us.
