YOUR ROLEAs a Scrum Master, you will:Guide and Coach: Lead and mentor teams and stakeholders to effectively apply Agile/Scrum principles. Facilitate engaging collaboration within the team and at scale.Support Teams: Promote a mindset of problem-solving, cross-functional thinking, and transparency within and beyond the team. Depending on the context, support the team’s delivery through activities related to goal setting, coordination, and follow-up.Drive Impediment Removal: Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's delivery or continuous improvement.Foster Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Help develop self-organizing teams that are outcome-oriented. YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about Agile approaches and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:Education: Higher Education (Bachelor's or Master's level).Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment. Professional certifications such as PSM II or SAFe Scrum Master are desirable.Skills: Excellent knowledge of frameworks and techniques supporting Agile delivery. Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
