Join us in helping leading Automotive and Engineering organizations unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable growth.Your RoleAs a LabVIEW Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing advanced LabVIEW-based applications that address client challenges in domains such as Telematics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and high-voltage test bench creation. You’ll work closely with engineering and delivery teams to build scalable solutions, integrate new features, and support clients in adopting innovative, value-driven technologies.Design, develop, and integrate new features into modular LabVIEW software applications.Architect and implement advanced LabVIEW OOP-based solutions with reusable, scalable code.Build custom applications capable of interfacing with JSON, Excel, and other database formats.Create LabVIEW-based tools and applications from scratch.Configure communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.Ensure high-quality documentation, debugging, and testing throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate effectively with global, cross-cultural teams to deliver innovative solutions.Apply CI/CD practices and tools to streamline development and deployment.Your ProfileProficient in LabVIEW programming, including OOP and advanced design patterns.Hands-on experience with full-cycle LabVIEW application development.Strong understanding of Telematics, Battery Management Systems, and high-voltage test bench creation.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.Excellent documentation and debugging skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communicator with experience in cross-cultural/global team collaboration.Nice to Have:Exposure to multi-language programming (Python, C#, MATLAB).NI certifications such as CLD (Certified LabVIEW Developer) or CLA (Certified LabVIEW Architect).What You’ll Love About Working HereWe value flexibility and support our employees with Hybrid work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
