Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Your RoleDefine and implement ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.Establish governance frameworks, coding standards, and integration guidelines.Drive platform roadmap and ensure compliance with ServiceNow upgrade cycles.Provide guidance to developers and administrators on complex implementations.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles.Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and web services.Your Profile9+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflow design.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and MID server configurations.Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
