Location: Bangalore/MumbaiGrade: E1/E2OpportunityShortly, looking at SAP Order to Cash competency lead with experience building capabilities on the newer technology within SAP scope. Minimum Experience of 5 years in leading the SAP Order to Cash Capability is must.Our Ideal Candidate 20 years of overall experience and 15 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash area.18+ yrs. of experience in SAP with experience in delivery S/4 transformation programs, capability building on newer technology/trend, managing talent aspiration and career path.Set up the Road map and Strategy of SAP Order to Cash Competency of the year by looking into market demand and SAP focuses.Manage SAP Order to Cash upskilling and cross skilling of the functional consultants by organizing trainings, Workshops, POCs, knowledge sharing. Groom internally the people in niche skill areas,Groom young professionals to perform the functional work in Projects.Arrange functional support to troubled projects by providing required SME.Plan and recruit the right team members looking into the demands. Provide the right panel support from Competency for recruitment.Monitor the bench of SAP OTC people regularly and deploying them in Projects as billable by making them ready.Form the functional community with the Leads assigned and monitor the work on upskilling, functional support, designing POD (Product Oriented Delivery),  YP grooming and billing. For example, , SD, LE, TM, GTS, Vistex, CS, BRIM & IS Retail are the Towers and communities built so far.Build the knowledge sharing culture among the team.Provide support in deals when help sought by the CoE Sales team.Work closely with RMG and other Competency Leads as per needs.Should have strong leadership skills to lead a capability of 2000+ people across multiple locations in India.Should be able to do client presentations, lead POC developments, contribute towards RFP responses.Should have a strong working experience on the SAP OTC skills like , SD, LE, TM, GTS, Vistex, CS, BRIM & IS Retail etc...Should also have hands-on experience of the new SAP Technologies like S/4 HANA, ATTP & exposure to GenAI etc...Should have good knowledge and understanding of the new features launched with every new version of SAP S/4HANA.Good integration knowledge with SAP functional modules.
