You help teams grow in productivity and maturity through servant leadership and inclusive collaboration.In this role, you will:Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile best practices.Coach product owners on breaking down work packages into manageable stories.Support individuals and teams in achieving shared goals efficiently.Continuously improve team performance through Agile methodologies.YOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for a Scrum Master who:Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus and has at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical industry.Is a servant leader who not only facilitates but actively improves team dynamics using best practices.Has a PSM1 Professional Scrum Master certification.
