Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleTransition Support:Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new business processes, systems, or organizational changes;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;Develop and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and communication plans;Monitor transition KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership. Training Academy Portfolio Management:Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with organizational goals;Manage the lifecycle of learning initiatives including onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, and compliance training;Partner with SMEs and external vendors to curate high-impact learning content;Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and ensure user engagement and satisfaction;Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders. Workflow Optimization:Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation;Implement best practices in project management, documentation, and knowledge transfer;Ensure alignment of training and transition activities with business objectives and operational excellence.Your ProfileBachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, HR, Organizational Development, or related field;10+ years of experience in transition management, training, or organizational development;Proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and training portfolios;Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;Proficiency in workflow tools and learning platforms.What you’ll love about working here?
