All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your Role Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, tailored solutionsConduct business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutionsLead consulting engagements, including discovery, assessment, and defining target state digital workplace strategiesRespond to RFPs and RFIs by collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposalsWork closely with sales teams to position Capgemini’s offerings and support deal closuresPrepare and deliver presentations showcasing Capgemini’s capabilities to prospective clientsDrive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital workplace solutionsWork in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous deliveryDevelop and maintain reusable assets such as case studies, solution decks, and thought leadership contentManage stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment throughoutYour Profile.   Technical SkillsStrong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.Program and change management expertise to drive transformation initiatives.Ability to craft creative solutions and think strategically under tight timelines.Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating persuasive proposals.Ability to analyze client environments and recommend improvements in experience, productivity, and analytics.Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio and other automation/analytics tools  (added advantage)  E.
