Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Genesis)</li> <li>Identifizierung von digitalen Customer Experience Lösungen für eine nahtlose Kundeninteraktion (Kundenfeedback, Automatisierungslösungen, etc.)</li> <li>Engagement Innovationen: Entwicklung &amp; Einführung von Engagement-Innovationen (z.B.
