You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality, and provide technical support throughout the software development lifecycle.In this role, you will:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain applications using VB.NET, Microsoft Visual Basic, and related frameworks.Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and source code management tools.Write clear documentation and maintain text composition standards for technical deliverables.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications.Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with operational and performance management standards.Work closely with management to align development with organizational goals.Your Profile6-9 years of experience in software development using VB.NET and Microsoft Visual Basic.Strong understanding of programming concepts, high-level languages, and software engineering principles.Knowledge of source code management tools (e.g., Git, TFS).Familiarity with operational management and performance management practices.Excellent documentation and text composition skills.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong collaboration, teamwork, and transversal skills.Good communication skills in English; linguistic skills in other languages are a plus.At Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
