This role focuses on improving the efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction of users-including claims adjusters, underwriters, and customers-through thoughtful design and usability. Key responsibilities for the role:Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing with claims professionals and end-users.Analyse workflows and pain points in the claims lifecycle to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces.Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into user-centric solutions.Advocate for UX best practices within agile development teams.Organize complex claims data and processes into clear, navigable structures.Design dashboards, workflows, and forms that optimize efficiency and reduce errors.Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback and analytics.Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system for the claims platform.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms.Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Strong understanding of claims processes and complex workflows.Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.Familiarity with agile development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growthOur commitment to maintain high ethical standards ensuring Diversity, Sustainability and Inclusion in our business practisesBe a part of our professional communities role framework which promotes professional growth, career development and enhances Sogeti’s capabilities across different domains Sogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
