Where no two days are the same. Your roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced testing environments for automotive applications. In this role, you will design and implement test systems, integrate hardware and software components, and ensure robust validation processes for our clients. In this role you will play a key role in: Designing and implementing test systems and validation environments for automotive applications, from concept to operational readinessDefining architecture, selecting components, and managing integration of hardware and software for complex test setupsEnsuring proper configuration, calibration, and functionality of test environments while maintaining high quality standardsCollaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and execute validation plansTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system performance, connectivity, and integration challengesYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical fieldMinimum 7+ years of experience in automotive testing and system integration with proven ability to design, build, and commission complex test systemsStrong knowledge of HIL platforms and tools, with mandatory experience using dSPACE systemsSolid understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and their implementation in test environmentsExperience with advanced automotive systems, real-time simulation, and model-based development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiativesWhat you'll love about working hereHybrid working: We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done.
