This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and management of complex IT systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of critical database environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage MS SQL Server databases in complex, high-availability environments.Perform performance analysis and tuning (system and application level).Diagnose, analyze, and monitor operational issues to ensure system stability.Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies using tools like Veritas NetBackup and Commvault.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality and meet business objectives.YOUR PROFILEMandatory Skills:Strong expertise in MS SQL Server administration, Windows Server and Linux.Experience with complex architectures (AlwaysOn clusters, replication solutions).Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting.Knowledge of backup solutions (Veritas NetBackup, Commvault).Familiarity with ServiceNow and SMAX (user perspective).Basic knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL).Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
