Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive worldYour Role• Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot. • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams. • Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools. • Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience. • Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.Your Profile• 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP. • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations. • Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives. • Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security. • Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer). • Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.What You’ll Love About Working HereYou can shape your career with us.
