Job ResponsibilitiesIndependently work on mediation products: write code, test, and deliver high-quality workflows, nodes, streams, and functional testsPerform installation, migration, and troubleshooting of mediation systemsConduct end-to-end testing of streams, decode files, and create test CDR data for scenario testingExecute performance testing and comparison testing using relevant toolsWork with Business Logic Tool (BLT), Times Ten, and other product-specific featuresCollaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of solutionsJob RequirementsExcellent knowledge of mediation systemsWorking experience with mediation products such as Comptel’s EventLink 7.x+ or Data Refinery 19.x+Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and UnixExposure to C, C++, Perl, Java, XML, and scripting languages (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible)Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containers (a plus)Good understanding of telecom domain conceptsQualifiacationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, or a relevant field with strong software interestMinimum 2 years of experience in mediation products/systemsGood communication skills (written and verbal)
