Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Consultant with strong expertise in OSIsoft PI System and Life Sciences manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of PI Systems, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical standards and batch manufacturing processes.Mandatory :·  Experience: Minimum 6+ years in OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System implementation and support.· Core Expertise:o Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Interfaces & Connectors.o Strong knowledge of PI AF SDK and PI Custom Development.o PI Vision administration and screen development & PI Vision Custom Development, including collections and asset switching.o PI Tag creation/update/troubleshooting aligned with customer assets.o Hands-on experience with PI AF Templates, Analytics, Event Frames, Notifications.o Knowledge of PI Collective and AF Collective.· Pharma Standards: Must understand GxP compliance, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other Life Sciences regulatory requirements.· Domain Knowledge: Experience with batch manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.Roles & Responsibilities:· Collaborate with implementation and support teams to deliver PI solutions for Life Sciences customers.· Analyze manufacturing processes and propose PI-based solutions for efficiency and compliance.· Independently perform assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to OSIsoft/AVEVA best practices.· Support PI system architecture design, sizing, and cost estimation.· Ensure compliance with pharma standards during system implementation and validation.Good to Have:· Experience in OSIsoft PI system implementation for regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharma).· Ability to propose solutions to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.· Knowledge of L1 System, OPC Servers and integration with PI System.· Familiarity with ISA-88 Batch Control Standards.---Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.· OSIsoft/AVEVA PI official training or certification preferred.Job Description - Grade SpecificWe are seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Consultant with strong expertise in OSIsoft PI System and Life Sciences manufacturing processes.
