You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce functionalities. Project DeliveryParticipate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment and support.Track progress against deadlines, flag risks, and communicate effectively within the project team.Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.Document detailed findings in project artefacts such as product backlog, requirements specifications, meeting notes, and process flows.Forge strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Solution Design & DocumentationWrite clear and concise user stories, and design sample process flows to illustrate to-be solutions.Work with senior consultants to define functional and technical specifications for functionalities based on requirements.Create, update, and maintain relevant project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Salesforce Development & ConfigurationConfigure/code Salesforce functionalities and develop custom UI based on user stories and specifications, adhering to established standards.Commit own configurations and developments to the deployment pipeline, following the deployment and review process.Testing & Quality AssuranceUnderstand system functionalities and create test scripts to validate solutions.Conduct functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.Training & EnablementDevelop role-based training materials and user guides.Facilitate training sessions.Data Migration SupportDepending on project needs, to assist in creating or updating data migration templates and review data mappings.Perform data loading to create/update records for data uploads or perform data patches.
