We appreciate your patience and encourage you to submit your application during this time. Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints.Create and nurture effective communication within the organization.Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating onDecision-making responsibilities.Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategicobjectives.Plan programs from start to finish including identifying processesDeadlines and milestones.Develop financial forecasts schedule managementManage risks issues and dependenciesManage engagement with clients and contract managementHire train and be a motivating mentor to staff.Your Profile•    Over 10–12 years of senior leadership experience managing complex, large-scale SAP S4, with proven success across both onshore and offshore delivery teams.•    Demonstrated expertise in project delivery on SAP S4 Solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and business outcomes.•    Holds relevant project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent.•    Highly skilled in stakeholder management and communication, providing regular, transparent updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues, enabling proactive resolution.•    Extensive experience in end-to-end service delivery, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.•    Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Public Sector Solution, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations with third-party systems.•    Proven track record in resource management: hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of cross-functional delivery teams in a flexible resourcing model that adapts to evolving client needs.•    Strong leadership in conflict resolution and team mentoring, fostering collaboration and accountability across geographically distributed teams.•    Excellence in customer service, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with client stakeholders and internal business units.•    Experienced in tracking financial performance against forecasts and managing change controls to protect margins and delivery integrity.•    Strong ability to plan and deliver impactful and persuasive communications, both oral and written, tailored to executive and operational audiences. What You’ll love about Working with us: You will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
