Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Your RoleRequirements Analysis:Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document business requirements.Conduct comprehensive analyses to verify data availability for identified use cases.Data Gap Analysis:Identify and assess potential impacts on data models.Validate business rules within the data and coordinate with source teams to address data quality issues.Data Modeling:Develop Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Dimensional Data Models using Erwin, adhering to industry best practices.Create detailed data mapping documentation for all data model attributes.Team Collaboration:Facilitate handover sessions with ETL, Testing, and BI teams to discuss business requirements, data models, and mapping documents.Provide continuous feedback and clarification throughout the development and testing phases.Data Validation:Perform sample data validations to ensure the data behaves as expected post-development.Update and maintain documentation to reflect any modifications to mappings or data models.Report Development:Oversee report creation by the BI team using Power BI, ensuring alignment with business needs.Validate reports with stakeholders to confirm accuracy and relevance.Ad Hoc Solutions:Address production issues and design ad hoc solutions as needed using SQL on Snowflake.Leverage a basic understanding of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for resolving data challenges.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in data modeling with proficiency in Erwin. Experience with Teradata Reference Data Model is a plus.Strong SQL skills, with experience in Snowflake.Basic understanding of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Power BI.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
