業務内容MES（製造実行システム）テクニカルアーキテクトは、製造オペレーションとエンタープライズシステムを統合するスケーラブルなMESソリューションの設計、実装、サポートを担当します。この役割は、MESアーキテクチャがビジネス目標、IT標準、およびベストプラクティスに沿っていることを保証し、効率的でコンプライアンスに準拠したデータ駆動型の製造プロセスを実現します。ミッションMES環境の設計、実装、維持を担当し、最適なパフォーマンスと顧客ニーズとの整合性を確保します。PLM、SAP、SCADAとのアプリケーション統合、要件管理、テスト管理におけるベストプラクティスの採用を推進するため、クロスファンクショナルチームと密接に連携します。ロケーション東京業務内容アーキテクチャ & デザインMESの全体的な技術アーキテクチャを設計・文書化（システム統合、インフラ、アプリケーション層を含む）MES導入やアップグレードのためのソリューション設計図やアーキテクチャ図を作成MESソリューション設計・構成に関する標準、フレームワーク、ガバナンスを定義実装 & 統合MESソリューションの技術設計・実装をリード（例：Siemens Opcenter、Rockwell FactoryTalk、Critical Manufacturing、Apriso、Ignition）MESをERP（SAP、Oracleなど）、ヒストリアン、PLC/SCADAシステム、LIMS、その他エンタープライズシステムと統合適切なデータモデリング、システムインターフェース、通信プロトコル（OPC、MQTT、Webサービスなど）を確保技術リーダーシップMES開発者、エンジニア、システムインテグレーターへの技術的リーダーシップと指導を提供技術成果物をレビューし、定義されたアーキテクチャ原則への準拠を確認MESパフォーマンスのトラブルシューティングと最適化においてプロジェクトチームを支援・指導MES統合環境（API、OPC UA/DA、メッセージブローカー、ミドルウェア）を定義・管理募集要項学歴:コンピュータサイエンス、工学、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号または修士号経験:MES実装における8年以上の経験（うち3年以上はテクニカルアーキテクトまたはリードの役割）Siemens Opcenter、Rockwell、Critical Manufacturing MES、Dassault Apriso、AVEVA MESなどのMESプラットフォームでの実務経験MESとERP、SCADA、工場制御システムの統合に関する実績製造プロセス（離散、バッチ、連続）の深い理解Preferred（歓迎）　•    自動車、航空宇宙、または離散製造業界での経験　•    ソリューションとしてのE2E MES実装経験該当ドメインDigital Continuity & Manufacturingデジタル・コンティニュイティ&マニュファクチャリング・プラクティスは、エンジニアリング企業全体の情報の継続性を管理することを目的とした産業用デジタル技術（PLM、MESなど）の定義、構成・設定、展開にフォーカスしたプラクティスであり、対象とするドメインには設計、工業化、製造、サプライチェーンが含まれます。また、製造データの管理、かかるデータの品質、整合性、アクセス性の確保にも対応します。デジタル・コンティニュイティ&マニュファクチャリング・プラクティスは、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、エンジニアリングのプロセスならびにオペレーションの最適化をサポートします。
