Role DescriptionWork closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise messaging environment.Troubleshoot Exchange on-premises servers and M365 messaging resources.Generate operational documentation including change management paperworkMaintain high morale to go above and beyond the minimum requirementsWork on multiple operational issues at one timeProvide support for ancillary messaging products including mobile management, faxing solution, and distribution list tools.Perform other related duties as assignedProvide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as requiredProduce technical and operational documentationRole Requirements2+ years of experience managing the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Exchange and Office365 Experience with mail routing.• 2+ years of experience managing an Exchange On-Premise environmentMust be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audienceDemonstrate a customer focused attitude.1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experienceMust be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audienceMicrosoft Active Directory Administration experienceMinimum 2+ years of Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience is requiredPowerShell scripting experienceMinimum 1+ years of PowerShell scripting experience is requiredITIL experience (preferred)Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environmentGood understanding of change managementBachelor's degree is required for this position
