The role is accountable for the successful delivery of innovative solutions, customer satisfaction, and technical guidance. You have the potential to lead the Delivery Team for internal and external customers all over the world remotely from Manila. The role requires a proactive person with a high care factor, strong work ethic, and a passion for managing successful quality outcomes for customers. The successful candidate must have significant proven Project Management and Technical Architecture experience with previous consulting company employment.  Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of projects adhering to methodology, meeting scope on time, within budget, and qualityProvide quality and control assurance on customer engagements and assist in the financial and resource allocation tracking of assigned projectsEngage project key stakeholders/sponsors on requirements clarification and prioritization Onboard project team, assist in defining team interactions/structure, facilitate meetings with stakeholders, and set-up project controls in accordance with project’s approved statement of workCreate comprehensive project work plans and project documents, ensuring they are up to date, communicated in a timely manner, and in accordance to Project Management Office’s standards and guidelinesManage project’s Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and assist in producing contingency plans and executing mitigation strategiesProvide guidance to project team and customers on leveraging Agile/Waterfall methodologies in the projectGive support to project team by providing motivation and recognizing outstanding team performanceExecute change control processes as necessary, facilitate communication, capture change request details, and secure approval from project’s change control boardProduce and communicate project delivery status reports in a timely manner and conduct follow-up meetings where required with customersFoster positive relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted partner of customersAssist with improvements to the team’s standard delivery methodology and Project Management Office documents and templatesParticipate in various project management roles in a billable capacity on customer engagements when necessaryParticipate in pre-sales activities in region as required including proposal creation and estimationProjectized organization’s internal initiatives by using different project management tools and techniquesAssist in delivery acceptance and approval of sales proposals and in handover activities from sales team to delivery teamWork with the resource coordinator in providing decisions in resource allocation requirements for pipeline and current projects Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to customers on time and of quality Required Skills 10+ years overall Project Management experience with 4+ years demonstrable experience across Data Integration or Middleware projects2+ years of Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience locally managing offshore teams where the end-customer is in a different country2+ years’ experience in a Delivery leadership capacityDemonstrated strong leadership, ethics, and sound judgment, both independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsAbility to work well and communicate under pressureExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skillsWell versed in various Project Management tools, collaboration tools, and communication and presentation software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)   Preferred Skills (Nice to have skills) Pre-sales experience, estimation of proposals and project work requiredPrevious project management experience including the creation of delivery methodologies, people management, practice strategy, and administration experience is a bonusConfiguration Management, release management, and deployment experienceApplication Support and IT operations experienceExperience in development and architecture of solutions in the integration space is a bonusProject Management certification (PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER, SAFe) is highly preferredMiddleware product knowledge is a plus
