Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional team with diverse technical skill sets to support the successful delivery of the projectEstablish and maintain working relationships with C-level stakeholders and sponsorsProvide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiativesCommunicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business termsParticipate in business stakeholder workshops and showcasesProvide Subject Matter ExpertiseConsult with business analyst/ServiceNow architect to develop appropriate implementation plansCoach/advise other team members as requiredStay up to date with the latest ServiceNow release and new capabilitiesParticipate in ServiceNow forums and communitiesMaintain ServiceNow certification currencyYour ProfileExperience and Qualifications:Minimum 10 years’ technical project managementMinimum 5 years’ hands-on ServiceNow Project experienceCurrent ServiceNow Certifications including at least CSA and preferably CIS ITSMTertiary degree qualification in a relevant disciplineExperience in Agile delivery methodologyExperience in Waterfall methodologySelf-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience in leading large complex projects and teamsExperience with Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops preferredExperience in executive reportingKnowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicatorsTeam collaboration and communication skillsExcellent documentation and presentation skillsAbility to mentor/lead junior team membersAwareness/knowledge of relevant technologies (eg: Testing tools, integration tools)Thorough knowledge of end to end SDLC           What you’ll love about working hereYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs and industry experts.
