In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering resilient IT infrastructure solutions that enable modern workplace capabilities and cloud adoption.Infrastructure & Cloud TransformationArchitect and execute critical projects including data center migrations, network upgrades, digital workplace solutions, and enterprise cloud migrations.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal IT teams, cloud service providers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements, define deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational technology goals.Technical ExpertiseApply deep knowledge of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.Leadership & Team ManagementProvide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, cloud architects, and vendor partners. Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and successful project delivery.Job Description - Grade SpecificRequired Skills & Expertise:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldPMP or equivalent project management certification preferredProven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT infrastructure projectsStrong background in modern workplace and cloud transformation initiativesIn-depth knowledge of Data Center (DC), Networks, and IT infrastructure platformsExpertise in hybrid environments and leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standardsExceptional architecture and solution design skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsMandatory project and delivery management expertiseAbility to make technology-level decisions and manage client-facing engagementsWhat You’ll Love About Working HereWe recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
