In this role, you will manage multiple projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Bring your passion for innovation and marketing strategy to a fast-paced environment where your ideas shape the future of consumer products. YOUR TASKSSupport product and packaging innovation projects from concept to final approval, including feasibility, R&D, and business proposals.Assist in kick-off meetings, align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives.Coordinate and facilitate project discussions, updates, and lessons-learned sessions; ensure decisions are communicated.Monitor progress, track milestones and deliverables using project management tools, and address deviations.Identify risks, propose solutions to keep projects on track, and maintain accurate documentation.Collaborate with senior team members on day-to-day project execution and continuous improvement.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Fluent English2+ years in project management, product innovation, or marketing (FMCG/CPG preferred).Proven experience managing innovation projects successfully.Knowledge of product and packaging development processes.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with tools like Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Power BI.Passion for innovation management and new product development.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
