The lead will drive organization-wide IAM strategy including Privileged Access Management and Single Sign-On in the client environment and will align IAM governance with Client IT architecture.Primary Skill: SailPoint, Okta, Azure ADIdentity & Access GovernanceLead the design and implementation of IAM frameworks across MS environmentsOversee access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviewsEnsure compliance with IAM policies, procedures, best practices and external regulatory requirementsTechnical OversightManage IAM tools and platforms, including integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity providersIdentify and mitigate IAM-related risksCollaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle managementTransition & Steady-State OperationsDrive IAM strategy during transition phases, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state operationsSupport the development of Job descriptions and BOQ staffing alignment for IAM rolesStakeholder EngagementWork closely with Delivery leads, Infra & security leads, and client stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with business goals.Participate in internal interviews and candidate evaluations for IAM rolesMentor and manage IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and performanceJob Description - Grade SpecificExperience and Qualifications:15+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD).Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).Certifications such as CIAM, CIMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.Experience in managing IAM within Managed Services environments is a plus.Skills Attributes:Exceptional at multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Primary Skill: SailPoint, Okta, Azure ADWhat You’ll Love About Working HereYou will be a part of a diverse collective of free-thinkers, entrepreneurs and industry experts.
