All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant you will:•    provide expert advice, analysing business problems and developing data-driven strategies•    guide implementation to improve client performance, managing projects in the R&D area in Product Development and New Product Introduction and in the (Digital) Process improvement leveraging technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin), and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE).Your typical activities with clients and our Capgemini community will extend:•    Strategic Advisory: Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in R&D area, from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin.•    Project Leadership: Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets, and timelines. •    Solution Development: Create actionable plans for R&D improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation.•    Implementation & Change Management: Drive the execution of new processes, technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin), and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE), supporting the organization to embrace the change and fostering adoption.•    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-levels in the R&D field, leading meetings and presenting findings.•    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and situations.•    Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•    Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development.•    Work with all the entities of the Capgemini Group (technological experts, data, designers, etc.) in order to offer the best solutions to customers.YOUR PROFILE•    Minimum 6+ years in Industrial sectors in Product Development, Digital Engineering Transformation field in consulting firms or in operational positions in major automotive or manufacturing brands.•    You have master degree in STEM area, engineering preferred•    Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI.;•    Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean) are advantageous.•    You speak Italian and English fluently, another language would be a plus.•    You like to be one step ahead.•    You want to join a dynamic and close-knit team that will make you grow on a daily basis.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE•    Be the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo;•    Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth;•    Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance, 5 weeks of vacation, employee referral bonus, company shares program and annual contribution to a fitness subscription.Capgemini Italy is an equal opportunity employer.
