Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are looking for a Techical project manager for our pharmaceutical projects in Stockholm.In this role you will play a key role in:• Partnering with the Project Manager to define technical direction and deliver compliant, integrated solutions that meet business needs.• Owning the technical plan: assess design partners, lead lean practices, and ensure timely delivery of technical outputs.• Building and lead high-performing teams, shaping objectives to achieve project outcomes.• Managing stakeholder relationships and adapt communication to influence and maintain alignment.• Applying manufacturing processes and technical standards throughout project execution.Your Profile• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science (or equivalent).• 7–10 years’ experience delivering major capital projects (>USD 5 million) and leading teams of 5–20 people.• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP environments.• Proven ability to implement lean principles, schedule technical deliverables, and drive on time results.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at networking, influencing, and resolving conflict.What we believe you will enjoy about working here• We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
