Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are looking for a Production Engineer for our pharmaceutical projects in StockholmIn this role you will play a key role in:• Operating independently within your area of expertise and lead others while driving competence development. • Investigating deviations, support production technical issues, and contribute to improvement projects. • Manage tasks such as issuing recipes and batch records, coordinating installations, or producing plant layouts and detailed designs. • Lead or participate in subprojects related to process engineering, automation, or plant design. • Ensure quality and documentation compliance according to given guidelines.Your Profile• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in science (or equivalent). • Process development and technology with experience from Process technology, Automation, Facility project planning (Mechanical and Production technology)• Strong technical proficiency in Process Engineering, Automation, Plant Design, or Project Management.• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results based on guidelines while assuring quality.• Experience in leading small projects or subprojects and collaborating across functions such as plant engineers and design engineers.• Good communication and problem-solving skills to support production and improvement initiatives.What we believe you will enjoy about working here• We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
