Job DescriptionKey Skills and ExperienceProficient in defining target state architecture and high-level design for the assigned scope based on business outcomes and aligned with the organization’s strategy. The target architecture and solution should cover all relevant dimensions – business, application, data, and technology architecture.Expertise in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices design patterns, API design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Database concepts. Understanding of monolithic to microservices migration is expected.Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functional areas, domains, and geographies to define strategic architecture for a given area.Skilled in analyzing options and delivering end-to-end solution designs using relevant building blocks, ensuring implementation meets immediate business outcomes and aligns with long-term enterprise architecture goals.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge and experience with Industry Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate (preferred).Familiarity with global and regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, PSD2, ISO 20022) is preferred.Domain expertise in Banking, preferably Commercial Banking, with a good understanding of integration to Payments and Core Banking platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCurrent State Analysis – Collaborate with business teams, product owners, architects, and technical SMEs from different areas to understand and document current state architecture, pain points, objectives, and strategy.Solution Development – Define target state solution architecture and design end-to-end architectural views and processes for the given scope.Roadmap Options Evaluation – Document and analyze different roadmap options and define an end-to-end roadmap for the recommended option.Deliverables – Create High-Level Solution Design (HLSD) covering conceptual, logical, and physical architecture along with NFRs, Data Model, dependencies, and risks.Review and sign-off HLSD with relevant stakeholders and Design Authority.Job Description - Grade SpecificKey Skills and ExperienceProficient in defining target state architecture and high-level design for the assigned scope based on business outcomes and aligned with the organization’s strategy.
