They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.Your profileAt least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP controlling solutions in a complex environment.Strong understanding of end-to-end business controlling and performance management processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.Ideally, you have experience from being a team-lead for a controlling / performance mgmt. area within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and secure aligning between IT and the business.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
