Join us in enabling Agile transformation and driving high-performing teams across innovative projects.Your RoleAs a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices, coach teams, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement while removing impediments to help teams achieve their goals.In this role, you will:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).Implement and manage Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices where applicable.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and prioritize work.Identify and remove impediments to team progress.Track and report key metrics for transparency and improvement.Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.Your ProfileStrong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams is a plus.Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices desirable.What You’ll Love About Working HereFlexible work options and a culture that values work-life balance.Opportunities to lead Agile transformation for global clients.Continuous learning and certifications in Agile and leadership practices.Inclusive and collaborative environment fostering innovation.About UsCapgemini is a global leader in business and technology transformation, helping organizations accelerate digital innovation.
