The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including multi-million-pound budgets, cross-functional teams of 40+, and long-duration client engagements. Strong consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) and expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) are essential.Lead SAP Program Delivery – Manage large-scale SAP DevOps programmes or portfolios, ensuring successful execution across multiple projects.Governance & Reporting – Design and implement programme governance structures, status reporting, and financial tracking.Stakeholder Management – Engage and influence senior stakeholders across shores, ensuring alignment and adherence to governance.Team Leadership – Manage large teams (40+ members), including project managers and business SMEs; mentor and coach staff.Risk & Change Control – Oversee risk/issue management, change request processes, and ensure quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.Your ProfileProgramme Management Expertise – Proven experience in managing complex, high-value SAP programmes (15+ years, £1M+ budgets).SAP DevOps Knowledge – Hands-on experience with SAP delivery, DevOps practices, and integration of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Advanced Communication & Leadership – Ability to present complex data clearly, challenge stakeholders, and lead diverse teams.Financial & Resource Management – Strong skills in budgeting, variance analysis, resource planning, and independent assurance.Certifications & Methodologies – PMP/Prince2 and AgilePM (or equivalent); deep understanding of project lifecycle and governance.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
