English business level is preferred.Knowledge on application design and Insurance Information Architecture is nice to have.Knowledge of using tools like JIRA, Confluence in good to have.Knowledge on UML, Business Process Modeling is Nice to have.Job Description - Grade SpecificKey Responsibilities:Gather requirement from Business. Or Understand the Business needs for regular tasks.Document them and explain to Developers or other members from IT to carry them out.Involve in cross team discussions and regular Agile events.Business will be Japanese speaking and rarely bilingual. But, IT Teams will be mostly English speaking or in some cases bilingual.Conceptualize the solution framework and prepare the business specification documents.
