Where no two days are the same.Your RoleAs a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications that support life-changing solutions. You will work closely with development teams to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies that validate software functionality, performance, and compliance with medical device standards.In this role you will play a key role in:Developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex software systems in the medical device industryPerforming manual and automated testing across different phases of the software development lifecycleDesigning and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverageAnalyzing test results, documenting defects, and working with development teams to resolve issuesConducting regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalityParticipating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and quality aspectsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements for medical device software testing and validationYour ProfileMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with preference for experience in medical device or regulated industriesExperience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (such as Selenium, Python, Java)Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management toolsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesExperience with performance testing, security testing, and API testingKnowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device software (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA) is a plusWhat you'll love about working hereEmpowering environment: Autonomy and Goal setting are among the top scores with 8,4+ ratings in our monthly employee feedback Pulse.Continuous feedback: We take human-centric approach to foster growth and performance.
